How do I place an order?
Pick a design in the shop, choose an option and quantity, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, hit Secure checkout — payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter it in the “Add promotion code” box on the checkout page. Join our email list for 15% off your first order.
Do you offer a veteran or military discount?
We do. Veterans, active duty, Guard & Reserve and Gold Star families can request a discount code here.
Can I order in bulk or get a custom design?
Absolutely — businesses, VFW and American Legion posts, clubs, teams and events order from us all the time. Use our bulk & custom order form and we’ll send you a quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your stickers go into production we may not be able to change them, but we’ll always do what we can.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email when your order goes into production and another when it ships.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the United States, plus Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Japan and most of Western Europe. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping email includes tracking when the order ships with a tracking number. You can also check your order any time on the Find my order page. Very small orders may ship in a stamped envelope without tracking — allow 2–5 business days.
Can you change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the label hasn’t printed yet. Contact us with your order number and the new address.
The stickers
Are they waterproof?
Yes. Every sticker is printed on durable vinyl and sealed under a protective laminate, so it handles rain, snow and the car wash.
Will they fade in the sun?
Our laminate contains UV absorbers to slow fading. Outdoors, they’re rated for up to 6 years.
What are they made of?
2.75 mil high-opacity polymeric vinyl with an air-release adhesive, sealed under a 2.75 mil UV laminate — 5.5 mil total. Materials and production are all U.S.-made.
How do I apply a sticker?
Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Apply above 50°F, pressing from the center outward to push out air. Give it 24 hours before it gets wet.
Will it damage my vehicle’s paint?
Our adhesive is designed to remove cleanly from paint, glass and most hard surfaces. On very old or repainted finishes, test in an inconspicuous spot first.
Problems & returns
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.
Do you accept returns?
Because every sticker is printed to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind — but if anything is wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.
